Position – Area Sales Executive:
Locations – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
Age limit – below 38
Experience - Minimum 1 plus year
Preference – Candidate from medical or pharma industry
Salary – 25000 to 35000 per month.

Roles and Responsibilities-
- Meet with doctors and other referral sources to market prosthetic/orthotic services and capabilities.
- Establish contacts and performing follow ups with referral/doctors on a regular basis.
- Achieve monthly target
- Understand existing marketing and sales report and then prepare weekly/monthly reports of sales and marketing leads
- Conduct weekly marketing and sales meeting with the branch manager and involved staff members
- Ensure timely execution of any project activities
- Ensure financial sustainability of the company
- Provide with marketing strategies which helps in increase sales
- Manage patient expenses and material (cost of goods sold) to meet or exceed budget guidelines.
Position – Marketing manager:
Locations – Hyderabad
Age limit – below 40
Experience - Minimum 1 plus year
Preference – Candidate from medical or pharma industry
Salary – 35000 to 47000.

Roles and Responsibilities-
- Meet quarterly targets set by the management. Breakdown of 2022 target is provided below.
- Maintain existing referral base.
- Meet with doctors and other referral sources to market prosthetic & orthotic services on a regular basis along with the marketing and sales team.
- Prepare monthly Marketing Sales Report (MSR) for the branch as per the format provided. Share the MSR to branch manager monthly.
- Conduct weekly marketing and sales meeting with the branch manager and marketing staff members.
- Send weekly marketing visit sheet and plan of entire marketing and sales team to branch manager.
- Handle all internet enquires and distribute it among the marketing team promptly. Send weekly updated Internet Enquiry Report to the branch manager.
- Send updated new prosthetic enquiry list to branch manager weekly.
- Explore other regions and market in Karnataka to help increase the sales.
- Responsible for the entire marketing and sales activities for the concerned branch
- Develop a robust marketing team that will aid in achieving organizational objectives & targets embracing the values of the company
- Improve the efficacy of overall marketing and sales operations with 95% of stakeholders (Referral source, Patients etc.) giving a high approval rating
- Promote a positive and dynamic working environment through leadership and mentoring of marketing and sales team
- Finalize referral amount on monthly basis under the supervision of branch manager and make sure referral to be cleared before 10th of every month
- Manage marketing and sales team’s holidays and leaves under the supervision of branch manager
- Manage marketing team daily travel expenses under the supervision of branch manager within the allotted budget
- Prepare plan for outstation visits under the supervision of branch manager
- Encourage marketing and sales team to promote online reviews on social media platforms from patients
- Work closely with marketing manager under the supervision of branch manager to make sure the entre branch activities are going on smoothly in a cohesive fashion
- Will be directly reporting to the branch manager
Position – Accountant:
Locations – Bangalore
Age limit – below 35
Experience - Between 2 to 3 yrs of experience only. Must have work exp in Tally, GST, TDS
Salary – 25000.
Education – B.Com / M.com
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Prepare management reports and submit to manager for reconciliation with bank/cash statements
- Make all payments related to Office in sync with companies voucher system in place (petty cash, vendor international & local, statutory, referral, travel, miscellaneous etc)
- Booking of all purchase in tally
- Reconciliation of petty cash for all branch
- Reconciliation of Daily sales report for all branch
- Reconciliation of vendor purchase with logistics database
- Roll-out voucher approval system across making payments (Eg; travel, petty cash payment, rent, phone bills, statutory etc)
- Submit vouchers (payment) to CEO & manager for approvals before making payment/s.
- Reconciliation of staff travel advance for all branch
- Bank statement - compiling monthly
- Filing of all vouchers related to payment into 4 categories; vendors, statutory, travel and running costs & miscellaneous
- Filing of all vendor invoices, payments and related bank transactions (in particular import & exports)
- Reconcile Credit Card/ PayTM/ PhonePay/ Google pay entries received from Prasad
- Coordinate with all branch admins: To compile monthly referral and make payment.
- Coordinate with all branch admins: Ensure cash/cheque deposits happen in compliance with company policy.
