Cranial Re-Moulding Helmets

The STAR® Family of Cranial Remolding Orthoses has been used to treat positional Plagiocephaly, Brachycephaly, Scaphocephaly as well as other head shape deformities in infants aged between 3 to 18 months since 2000. The STAR band is the first cranial remolding orthosis with FDA clearance available to all patients in India via KARE Prosthetics & Orthotics.

SmartCam™ for fast, safe, and accurate video scans are used for capturing the baby’s head shape and then CAD CAM process is used by Orthomerica USA to fabricate the orthosis.
