The ultimate solution for off-loading lesions of the foot to permit healing of diabetic foot ulcers and infections. The deep rocker sole consists of four layers of insoles having different densities, which may be altered for off-loading. Leather in these orthotic shoes is lined with Plastazote which is lightweight and flexible. Sections may be removed from the leather upper without disturbing the liner to eliminate pressure.

The DARCO PegAssist™ Insole System comprises a multi-indication removable-peg chassis that effectively off-loads the plantar aspect of the foot post surgery or in the presence of wounds.
