RAIZE Microprocessor Ankle
The Raize is a lightweight, low-profile microprocessor ankle/foot system. It offers a range of movement that reduces stress on the residual limb and improves your stability on uneven or slippery surfaces. So that the wearers can easily control the system with a button to adjust rollover resistance, lock or unlock the ankle, and change the heel height as needed.
Indications
- Patients who can benefit from reduced shear force on the residual limb as provided by hydraulic/ microprocessor control of the ankle and accommodation of various terrain
- Patients who can benefit from an adjustable dorsiflexion stop, which allows proper alignment for various heel heights
- Activity level: 2 - 3 Patients with the ability to understand and comply with basic microprocessor-controlled device instructions and daily battery charging functions similar to a wireless phone or computer
Contraindications
- Patient with component build height requirements less than 95 mm
- Patients weighing more than 100 kg
- Patients engaging in activity level 4, high impact activities
- • Patients who work in environments where the Raize Foot Ankle System cannot be used are exposed to water, dust, dirt, or electrical solid fields. (as described in the technical specification section)
