DOING MORE BUILDS CONFIDENCE
TASKA was engineered to do one thing – to be more useful than any other myoelectric hand available.
The TASKA hand enables you to do more. More of the big little things like peeling a potato, clicking a computer mouse, doing the laundry, washing the car, mowing the lawns or firmly holding a knife to cut a thick juicy steak. Daily tasks now come easily without the need to be forever changing grips or having to wear a glove.
This advanced, robust and waterproof prosthetic hand provides new possibilities to be excited about. Together with your clinician and the TASKA team, you will be fully supported in exploring the practical tasks now made possible for the first time.
It's water resistant, but that's not the only world first. The inventors of TASKA™ have taken what is awkward and fragile in any other prosthetic hand – and turned it on its head.

Advanced Technology. A Breakthrough in Practicality
You cannot compare TASKA to other myoelectric hands – the design of the hand mechanism and control system is that far advanced.
Key features:
A PRACTICAL HAND, FOR PRACTICAL PEOPLE
The intention behind the design of TASKA was to make a super practical waterproof hand that “gives” and “flexes”. This may be why it feels more natural to use than others currently available, and why so many people easily adapt to its movements.
There are 7 key features that give TASKA a real advantage. Each feature has a "form follows function" aspect to it and combined these make the TASKA™ much more intuitive, useful, and a truly advanced prosthetic hand.
Battery Spec
2000 mAh battery included in the box. Flush mount on-off switch, magnetic charge port and waterproof design.
ENJOY DOING TASKS THAT OTHER MYOELECTRIC HANDS CAN’T.
Most myoelectric hands are suitable for light use tasks like dressing, meal prep, washing dishes with a glove on, using a computer, vacuuming, and shopping. Heavier lifting has traditionally required the use of a hook and having to change between the two can be a hassle.
How much more robust is TASKA?
A lot. It is classed for Medium to Heavy ADL (activities of daily living). This includes mowing lawns, light chain saw, hedge trimmers, lifting up to 20kgs (not for long periods), light spadework, working in the shed, and washing a car, dishes, or laundry all without a glove. The TASKA™ can also operate efficiently in high dust environments.
